At Hitbubble, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you're not entirely happy with your order, we offer refunds and exchanges under the following conditions.
1. Refund Policy
Eligibility for Refunds

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

Final sale items (marked "Non-refundable") cannot be refunded.
How to Request a Refund

Contact our customer service at service@hitbubble.com with:

Your order number

Photos of the item(s)

Reason for return

Once approved, we’ll provide a return authorization (RA) number and shipping instructions.

Ship the item(s) back to our warehouse within 7 days of approval.
Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).
2. Exchange Policy
Do You Offer Exchanges?
Yes! If you’d like a different size, color, or style, we offer one free exchange per order (excluding final sale items).
How to Request an Exchange

Email service@hitbubble.com with:

Your order number

The item(s) you wish to exchange

Your preferred replacement (subject to availability)

We’ll send a prepaid return label (for exchanges within China) or instructions for international returns.

Once we receive your return, we’ll ship the new item within 3–5 business days.
Note: Exchanges are processed only if the requested item is in stock. If unavailable, we’ll issue a refund or offer store credit.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at service@hitbubble.com with:

Order number

Photos/videos of the issue

We’ll arrange a free return or replacement (no return shipping cost to you).

For replacements, we’ll ship the new item immediately upon approval.
Note: We may require the defective item to be returned before sending a replacement.
4. Important Notes

Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to our error.

Store Credit Option: Instead of a refund, you may opt for store credit (no expiration).

Non-Returnable Items: Swimwear, lingerie, accessories, and final sale items cannot be returned unless defective.
